- Insert stainless steel bolt (M12×35) and secure with flat washers and spring washers. Tighten each nut firmly.
- Combine lower and upper hemispheres according to module codes. Rotate hemispheres during assembly to ensure proper joining.
- Secure plastic wires mounted on lower hemisphere onto cables and twist them appropriately.
- At the mounting point, wrap cable protecting bars around cables for 1000-1200mm length, with ends extending 200-300mm beyond ball surface.
