16-75mm PVC Spiral Pipe Extrusion Line

Introduction

PVC Spiral pipe has widely used in the countries of the Middle East. The extrusion machine has special design. It adopts co-extrusion concept. The line is composed of 50/28 single screw extruder and 55/30 single screw extruder. It adopts -beide motor, Chinese famous brand gearbox. It has forming unit that shape the spiral on the main extruded plastic flow. The water cooling bath equipped with 6-8 nozzles that spraying water on the flow. After enough cooling time, the spiral pipe will be winded in the rotating unit. By this way, the spiral shape could be further shaped.

50/28 single screw extruder

The screw diameter is 50mm. Screw length and diameter (L/D) is 28:1. The motor adopts AC 22kW driven by ABB inverter. Max. Output is 0-55kg/h. Material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoAlA nitrogen quenched.

55/30 single screw extruder

The screw diameter is 55mm. Screw length and diameter (L/D) is 30:1. The motor adopts AC 15kW driven by ABB inverter. Max. Output is 0-60kg/h. Material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoAlA nitrogen quenched.

Dies for spiral pipe

The material of die body is Material: 45# steel forged.

Forming unit:

Range of forming is 16-75mm. The motor is AC 2.2kW driven by ABB inverter. Forming speed is 0-3m/min. The speed is controlled by inverter.

Water cooling bath

The water cooling bath length is 32000mm. The material is stainless steel.

Winding unit

The material for inner surface of the wingding unit is stainless steel.
