PVC silent pipe is a specially designed UPVC pipe with superior noise reduction capabilities. The UPVC silent pipe mold is engineered to produce pipes with inner-vacuum frame structure for optimal acoustic performance.
Extrusion Line Components
Twin Screw Extruder Machine
Our extruders are built with premium components including -Beide motors and renowned Chinese brand gearboxes to ensure production stability, efficiency, and long-term durability. The 45kW power configuration provides sufficient pushing force for CPVC material processing. Our screw and barrel, manufactured from 38CrMoAl material, are specially designed to withstand high corrosive characteristics.
Specialized Pipe Mold
The mold design features unique spiral lines that create the inner-vacuum structure essential for silent pipe functionality. During production, the mold rotates to form the internal spiral lines that provide the noise reduction properties.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling System
Features a two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling sections. Both vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank are constructed from stainless steel 304. The extended 8-meter cooling process ensures optimal pipe cooling and superior surface finish.
Haul-Off Unit
Equipped with three crawler tracks to ensure stable and steady pipe movement. The haul-off units feature adjustable control systems that can be tailored to specific production requirements.
Cutting Unit
High-precision encoder ensures accurate and stable cutting lengths. PLC control system allows for manual operation based on specific application needs. All surfaces are made from stainless steel 304 to withstand corrosive CPVC materials and extend equipment lifespan.
