Our machinery supplies full ranges of PVC pipe making machines, which apply for U-PVC, C-PVC, M-PVC, O-PVC material. The PVC pipe extrusion line includes conical twin screw extruder, spiral die head, vacuum tank, water tank, haul-off, no-dust cutter or planetary cutter, belling machine with O-ring sockets or rectangular sockets or U types of sockets. Our PVC pipe machine can make pipes ranging from 16mm to 630mm, with wall thickness range of 1-30mm.

Production Process
PVC powder + additive → mixing → material feeder → twin screw extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum and cooling tank → spraying cooling machine → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharge rack or pipe belling machine.

Twin Screw Extruder: Crafted with top brand components for production stability, efficiency, and durability. Conical twin screw design ensures homogeneous mixture, better plastification, and conveying efficiency.
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling: Two-chamber structure with vacuum calibration and cooling parts. Both vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank use stainless 304 steel. Excellent vacuum system ensures precise pipe sizing.
Haul-off Unit: Three crawler track design ensures stable pipe running. Adjustable hauling model based on specific production requirements through general control.
Cutting Unit: High accuracy encoder ensures precise and stable cutting length. PLC control system allows manual operation for specific applications.
