Production Process Overview
Raw Material Preparation: PE resin pellets + master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder → material dryer
Extrusion: Single screw extruder (with optional small co-extruder) → mould formation
Shaping & Cooling: Vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank (water tank)
Finishing: Haul-off unit → cutting machine → stacker
Detailed Manufacturing Process
- Material Feeding: PE resin pellets are fed into the extruder hopper
- Melting & Extrusion: Material is heated and melted in the screw barrel, then pushed through the die head to form continuous pipe shape
- Vacuum Calibration: Pipe passes through vacuum sizing tank to ensure precise diameter and wall thickness
- Cooling System: Pipe is cooled in water bath or spray cooling system to solidify structure
- Hauling & Cutting: Puller draws pipe forward, automatic cutter cuts to required length
- Stacking & Packaging: Finished pipes are collected and packed for storage or shipment
