16-63mm PPR Conduit Pipe Hose Twin Single Screw Extruder Plastic Making Machine

Introduction:

This advanced PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) conduit pipe extrusion machine is designed for high-efficiency production of PPR pipes ranging from 16mm to 630mm in diameter. Suitable for industrial, plumbing, and HVAC applications, this machine ensures high precision, durability, and smooth operation with either a twin-screw or single-screw extruder configuration.

Extrusion line details:

Raw material +master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder→ material dryer → single screw extruder ( small CO-extruder ) → mould → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank ( water tank) → haul-off unit → cutting machine→ stacker

Raw Material Feeding

PPR resin pellets are fed into the hopper of the extruder.

Melting & Extrusion

The single/twin-screw extruder heats and melts the PPR material, pushing it through the die head to form a continuous pipe shape.

Vacuum Calibration & Sizing

The molten pipe passes through a vacuum calibration tank to ensure precise diameter and wall thickness.

Cooling & Solidification

The pipe is cooled in a water cooling tank to harden and stabilize its structure.

Hauling & Cutting

A haul-off machine pulls the pipe at a controlled speed, and an automatic cutter trims it to the required length.

Stacking & Packaging

Finished PPR pipes are collected, inspected, and packed for shipment.
