It is mainly used in producing various diameters and wall-thickness of PVC pipes for agriculture and constructional plumbing cable laying etc. Our PVC pipe extrusion line has features of low consumption, high output, stable running.
The whole PVC pipe production line include: Material auto loader, SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder, pipe mould, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, auto cutter and stacker; pipe printer and PVC Pipe Belling machine for customers optional choice.
SRL-Z series PVC Powder heating cooling mixing unit, SWP series Plastic Crusher, SMF series Plastic Milling Machine/ Pulverizer are necessary auxiliary equipments.
Clients also can choose double PVC pipe production line to make small size PVC pipes from 16mm up to 50mm.

Raw Material Feeding
PVC resin, stabilizers, plasticizers, and additives are pre-mixed and fed into the extruder hopper.
 
Twin screw extruder machine

The twin-screw extruder conveys, compresses, and melts the PVC mixture under controlled heating zones.
 
Vacuum Calibration & Cooling
The vacuum calibration tank adopt two chamber structure: the vacuum calibration and cooling parts. Both of vacuum tank and spraying cooling tank adopt stainless 304 steel. The excellent vacuum system ensures precise sizing for pipes.

 
Haul-off Unit
The three crawler track on the haul-off machine ensures produced pipe running stably and steady. The haul-off units can make tailored hauling model based on certain production requirement by adjusting the general control.
 
Cutting Unit
The high accuracy encoder ensures a precise and stable cutting length. With PLC control system, it can be cut by manual operation according to the specific application.
