Production Process
Plastic granules are fed into the hopper and melted in the extruder under controlled temperature and pressure. The molten material is shaped in the corrugation mould using vacuum or pressure forming technology. After shaping, corrugated pipes undergo water cooling for dimensional stabilization, followed by automated cutting to required lengths and collection via coiler system.
