Production Overview
This PVC single wall corrugated pipe making machine is engineered for manufacturing flexible corrugated pipes using PE, PP, or PVC materials. The production line delivers stable performance, high output capacity, and uniform pipe formation through precision temperature control and optimized die design.
Processing Technology
Plastic granules are fed into the hopper and melted in the extruder under controlled temperature and pressure. The molten material is shaped in the corrugation mould using vacuum or pressure forming. After shaping, corrugated pipes undergo water cooling for dimensional stabilization, followed by automated cutting to required lengths and collection via coiler for inspection and packaging.
