This industrial extrusion machine is engineered for manufacturing flexible corrugated pipes from PE, PP, and PVC materials. The production line delivers stable performance, high output capacity, and uniform pipe formation through precision temperature control and optimized die design.
Production Process
Plastic granules are fed into the hopper and melted in the extruder under controlled temperature and pressure. The molten material is shaped in the corrugation mould using vacuum or pressure forming technology. After shaping, the corrugated pipes undergo water cooling to stabilize their form, followed by automatic cutting to required lengths and collection by the coiler for final inspection and packaging.
