Plastic Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line
This industrial production line is engineered for manufacturing flexible corrugated pipes using PE, PP, or PVC materials. The resulting pipes are ideal for wire protection, drainage systems, ventilation applications, and automotive uses. Production Process
Plastic granules are fed into the hopper and melted in the extruder under controlled temperature and pressure conditions. The molten material is then shaped in the corrugation mold using vacuum or pressure forming technology. After shaping, the corrugated pipes undergo water cooling to stabilize their structure. The cooled pipes are automatically cut to specified lengths and collected by the coiler for final inspection and packaging.
