System Process Flow
The complete recycling line includes: belt conveyor → plastic crusher → friction washing and dewatering machine → screw feeder → rinsing washer → high speed friction washer → rinsing washer → horizontal dewater machine → hopper → screw feeder → PE PP two-stage extruder → final hopper. System configuration is customized based on raw material contamination levels and packaging methods.
