Single Screw Extruder

Pipe Die Head
Integrated inner heating system with bronze calibrators for rapid pipe calibration and cooling, ensuring dimensional accuracy.
Vacuum Calibrating & Cooling System
Advanced water circulation with high-pressure cooling, vacuum degree adjustment, and automatic water temperature/level control.
Haul Off Machine
Caterpillar-type design available in 2-claw to 10-claw configurations to accommodate pipes from 16mm to 250mm diameter.
Cutting System
Dust-free or planetary cutter options with ABB inverter control, meter-counter or travel switch for precise, reliable cutting.
Production Process Flow
Raw material + additive → Mixing → Vacuum feeding machine → Hopper dryer → Single screw extruder → Color code extruder → Mould and calibrator → Vacuum forming machine → Cooling tank → Haul off machine → Cutting machine → Discharging rack
