Our galvanized iron wire is manufactured from high-quality low carbon steel wire rod through a comprehensive production process including wire drawing, pickling derusting, high-temperature annealing, cooling, and galvanization. The electroplating process creates a uniform zinc coating with thickness variation of only 5-20 microns, resulting in a bright appearance, excellent corrosion resistance, and 3-5 years of rust protection.
