Production Process
Our razor barbed wire production line consists of four specialized stations:
- Razor Blade Punching Station: Decoiler, Press, Recoiler
- Concertina Razor Blade Profiling Station: Decoiler, Wire Stand, Profiler
- Clipping Station
- Packing Station
Manufacturing Steps
The production process begins with raw materials including galvanized sheet, stainless steel sheet, or low carbon steel sheet. The material is cut into tape bars with customizable widths according to razor type requirements. The razor wire cutting machine perforates the bars and divides the sheet into two layers. After cutting, the blade bar is flattened and combined with the inner wire, typically stainless steel or iron wire. The final product is formed as razor barbed wire and packaged into rolls using sack cloth for surface protection.
