Master Models Tooling Paste Epoxy Resin Materials
This two-component epoxy resin paste is specifically designed for rapid prototyping and tooling applications. Available in 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg packaging options.

Operation Process
  • Mix components thoroughly in 1:1 ratio until uniform color is achieved
  • Use vacuum mixer to minimize bubble formation
  • Apply in layers not exceeding 40 mm thickness
  • Allow complete curing between layers if multiple applications are needed
  • Post-curing options: 80°C for 8 hours or 3 days at room temperature
  • Rough machining possible after initial curing; precision work after 3 days
  • Apply mold release agents for metal and composite material applications
  • Ensure proper support frame strength, stability, and cleanliness
