This two-component epoxy resin paste is specifically designed for rapid prototyping and tooling applications. Available in 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg packaging options.

Operation Process
- Mix components thoroughly in 1:1 ratio until uniform color is achieved
- Use vacuum mixer to minimize bubble formation
- Apply in layers not exceeding 40 mm thickness
- Allow complete curing between layers if multiple applications are needed
- Post-curing options: 80°C for 8 hours or 3 days at room temperature
- Rough machining possible after initial curing; precision work after 3 days
- Apply mold release agents for metal and composite material applications
- Ensure proper support frame strength, stability, and cleanliness
