This two-component epoxy resin tooling paste is formulated for creating custom shapes and models with excellent machining properties. Available in 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg packaging options.

Application Process
Mix components thoroughly in 1:1 ratio until uniform color is achieved. Use vacuum mixer to minimize bubbles. Apply in layers not exceeding 40mm thickness. Allow complete curing (80°C for 8 hours or 3 days at room temperature) before machining. Use release agents for metal and composite materials.
