Operation Process
Mix components thoroughly in 1:1 ratio until uniform brown color is achieved. Use vacuum mixer to minimize bubble formation. Apply in layers not exceeding 40mm thickness. Allow complete curing (80°C for 8 hours or 3 days at room temperature) before precision machining. Apply mold release agents for metal and composite substrates.
