Processing Guidelines
- Mix components thoroughly in 1:1 ratio until uniform color
- Use vacuum mixer to minimize bubble formation
- Apply maximum single layer thickness of 40 mm
- Allow complete curing before machining (6-8 hours at 20-25°C)
- For optimal results, post-cure at 80°C for 8 hours or 3 days at room temperature
- Apply mold release agents for easy demolding
