This two-component epoxy resin system is formulated for model making and tooling applications. After mixing and application to model surfaces, it cures into a material with excellent machining properties suitable for milling, planing, cutting, and drilling operations.

Processing Guidelines
  • Mix components thoroughly in 1:1 ratio until uniform color
  • Use vacuum mixer to minimize bubble formation
  • Apply maximum single layer thickness of 40 mm
  • Allow complete curing before machining (6-8 hours at 20-25°C)
  • For optimal results, post-cure at 80°C for 8 hours or 3 days at room temperature
  • Apply mold release agents for easy demolding
