Brown Molding Paste Epoxy Resin for Foaming Mould - 40mm Layer Thickness, 70°C Temperature Resistance, 10kg Packaging
Master Models Tooling Paste Epoxy Resin Materials available in 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg packaging options.
This two-component epoxy resin material features automatic output device fast coating capability with single coating thickness up to 40mm. The reaction generates low heat and operates odor-free during coating and processing. Room temperature curing enables machining after one day, delivering excellent machining performance, superior surface finish, and outstanding dimensional stability.
- Wind power blades: male die models, cabin cover molds, automobile master models
- Casting mold boards, checking fixtures, foundry industry applications
- Sand core boxes and various modeling tools
- Sheet metal forming molds, tensile modulus, rolling molds, bending modulus
- Foaming molds, vacuum forming molds, injection molds, composite materials forming molds
- Rapid prototyping and small batch plastic production
Mix components thoroughly according to specified proportions until uniform color is achieved. Use vacuum mixer to minimize bubble formation. Maximum single layer thickness should not exceed 40mm. For additional layers, wait for complete curing before applying second coat. Post-curing processing delivers optimal results (80°C for 8 hours or 3 days at room temperature). Rough machining can be performed after curing, with precision work recommended after 3 days. Material bonds strongly to metals and composites - use appropriate release agents. Ensure support frame strength, stability, and cleanliness during machining operations.
