This two-component epoxy resin material features automated output for fast coating applications with single-layer thickness up to 40mm. The low exothermic reaction ensures minimal heat generation during curing, with no odor during coating and processing operations. Room temperature curing enables machining within one day, delivering excellent machining performance, superior surface finish, and outstanding dimensional stability.

Processing Guidelines

Mix components thoroughly according to specified 1:1 ratio until uniform color is achieved. Use vacuum mixer to minimize bubble formation. Maximum single-layer coating thickness should not exceed 40mm. For multiple layers, wait for complete curing before applying subsequent coats. Post-curing options include 80°C for 8 hours or 3 days at room temperature. Rough machining can be performed after initial curing, with precision work recommended after 3 days. Apply mold release agents when working with metal or composite structures. Ensure proper support frame strength, stability, and cleanliness during machining operations.
