Product Overview

This two-component epoxy resin material is designed for automated dispensing systems to create rapid prototype models with single coating thickness up to 40 mm. Features low exothermic reaction, odor-free application, room temperature curing within one day, excellent machining performance, superior surface finish, and outstanding dimensional stability.

Processing Guidelines

Mix components thoroughly according to specified 1:1 ratio until uniform color is achieved. Use vacuum mixer to minimize bubble formation. Apply maximum single layer thickness of 40 mm. For thicker applications, wait for complete curing before applying additional layers. Post-cure at 80°C for 8 hours or allow 3 days at room temperature for optimal properties. Use release agents for metal and composite material interfaces. Ensure proper support frame strength and stability during machining operations.
