The web plies can be embossed with a dedicated pattern to yield bulk and softness.
Adding Light glue during the embossing process, we will have laminated products. It will bring extra softness/absorbency/high bulk to the tissue products.

Winding system
One rewinder converts various rolled tissue products, winding diameter from 90mm to 300mm.
It is equipped with paper core guiding device. When we produce JRT roll, it keeps two ends of the JRT log flat and smooth. It helps to reduce the trimming wastage a lot.
