Since 2004, we have manufactured approximately 400 plate heat exchanger moulds and continue to produce new moulds monthly to meet client requirements. Our moulds produce plates that are fully interchangeable with original equipment manufacturer parts from leading brands including APV, Sondex, GEA, Tranter, Vicarb, Funke, Thermowave, and API.

We can create custom moulds based on client-provided plate samples or design moulds according to your specifications.
Our strict quality control process covers the entire production cycle from material selection (Cr12 or Cr12MoV steel) through milling, grinding, CNC machining, assembly, and final pressing tests on our press machines. This ensures exceptional durability and long service life for all our moulds.
Our moulds are compatible with various press machine capacities including 2000kg, 3000kg, 4000kg, 5000kg, 8000kg, 10000kg, and 45000kg models. We provide guidance on selecting the appropriate press size for your specific requirements.
