Production process
1. Design: the design of paper shelf requires designers to be familiar with 3D structure work, and the load and volume of goods shall be considered to calculate the bearing capacity and space area of paper shelf.
2. Sample: paper shelf generally adopts non printing corrugated paper material. The cutting opportunity is based on the indentation strength and half knife depth required by the structural drawing. The designer uses glue to paste and other processing processes.
3. Printing: according to the plane design draft of the paper shelf template, print it on the film press.
4. After process: printing color paper over light glue, paper mounting (printing paper + corrugated paper), oil, indentation.
5. Packaging: the semi-finished paper shelf is assembled, reinforced and then loaded with finished products.

A: We will send you the template of the display design , you just need to laydown your graphics on the template,and send me in AI or PDF format.

A: Quotation - prototype - prototype/sample confirmed - send you proforma invoice for deposit payment - production - Inspection - QC report - finished production photos - balance received - Arrange shipment
Q:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive?
A:For sample and small quantities we usually ship by Fedex, DHL, EMS and TNT, it usually takes 4-5 work days to arrive. For large quantities, we usually ship by sea.
