Yellow Blocks Rubber Hot Melt PSA For Cold Lables, Deep Freeze Labels, Low Temperature Paper Labels

This is a synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive specifically developed for paper label applications in cold condition, like deep freeze lables, low temperature labels, tyre labels that can bear low temperature down to -25C, but with very good tack and peel strenghth. 

OPERATION GUIDS

The material can be applied by slot or roll coating applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 150 – 180⁰C for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

The material can be stored indoor for 12 months, from the date of manufacture, in its original packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 35C and above 5C.

Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
