- Recommended service temperature: 130-180°C
- Avoid prolonged processing at high temperatures (≥200°C)
- Adjust temperature and application speed based on environmental conditions
- Regularly clean adhesive dissolving tank to remove residue and impurities
- Do not mix with adhesives from other manufacturers
- Use seasonal-appropriate adhesive batches
Applied via slot or roll coating applicators at 150-180°C, depending on equipment and substrate conditions.
Complies with FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation 21 CFR 175.105 for adhesives.
6.25kg or 1kg blocks wrapped with siliconized release paper, 25kg/box. Custom packaging available upon request.
Store in original packaging for up to 12 months in dry, clean conditions at 5-35°C. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.
