Application

This is a synthetic rubber based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive.

Applied for labels with different substrates, like paper, film, APP, PP and PET labels.

This hot melt adhesive is featured high tack and peel, good wetting to substrates and die-cuttability.

OPERATING GUIDES

The material can be applied by slot or roll coating applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 150 – 180⁰C for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.

FDA STATUS

The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.

PACKAGE

6.25kg or 1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper, 25kg/box. Please consult the sales representative for special requirements.
