DESCRIPTION
The JaourMelt ® is a synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive specifically developed for elastic strands fixation of nonwoven disposables. It is florescent free and featured low odor and light color. It is with high cohesion and high creep resistance, good machinability, high bond strength, and ageing performance.
SUGGESTED USES
Elastic fixation adhesive for nonwoven disposable applications.

OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by all types of elastic spray and slot applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 150 – 180 °C, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 24 months, from the date of manufacture, in its original packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 35 ° C and above 5 ° C.
Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. The material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing and eye protection are strongly,recommended to prevent burns. Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated.Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
