High Tack Wetting Hot Melt PSA Adhesive Freezer Grade Permanent Labels
DESCRIPTION
The JaourTak ® is a synthetic rubber based hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive specifically developed for label applications where low temperature applied is required. The product can be applied at low temperature with high peel and tack, good wetting to substrates, and good die-cuttability.
SUGGESTED USES
Permanent labels with low temperature resistance, or other pressure sensitive applications that low temperature performance of tack and peel are required.

OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by slot or roll coating applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 150 – 180 ° C for both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.
PACKAGE
6.25kg or 1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper, 25kg/box or 180kg fibre drum. Please consult the sales representative for special requirements.
