DESCRIPTION

The JaourMelt  a synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive specifically developed to be applied at low temperature for construction and absorbent core assembly applications of nonwoven disposables. The product is premium grade and florescent free version. It is white translucent in color, high bond strength and tack, and long open time for good machining and provides good penetration and wettability to various substrates.

SUGGESTED USES

Premium grade low temperature construction adhesive for construction and absorbent core of nonwoven  disposable applications. Other adhesive applications that low temperature applied and long open time for assembly is required.

OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by all types of spray and slot applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 130 –150 ° C for spray and 120 – 140 0°C for slot, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.

FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.

STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
The intact packing material can be stored indoor for 24 months, from the date of manufacture, in its original packages under dry and clean conditions at ambient temperature below 35 °C and above 5 ° C. Direct sunlight and moisture condensation must be prevented.

OPERATING PRECAUTIONS
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination. The material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing and eye protection are strongly recommended to prevent burns.
Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated.Rotate stocks and using the oldest stock first.
