Elastic Hot Melt PSA Adhesive For Pull Up Pants Diaper
DESCRIPTION
The JaourMelt ® is a synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive specifically developed to be applied at low temperature for elastic fixation of nonwoven disposables. The product is florescent free, features light color, low viscosity, and is with excellent heat stability. It is high cohesion and high creep resistance, good machinability, high bond strength, and ageing performance.
SUGGESTED USES
Low temperature version of premium elastic fixation adhesive for nonwoven disposable applications.

OPERATING GUIDES
The material can be applied by all types of elastic spray and slot applicators. Suggested operation temperature is 130 - 160 °C, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
FDA STATUS
The product complies with the FDA Indirect Food Contact Regulation of 21 CFR 175.105, “Adhesives”.
PACKAGE
1kg block wrapped with siliconized release paper, 20kg/box, or with meltable film, 20kg/box.
