DESCRIPTION:
It is a synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive specifically developed for construction
applications of nonwoven disposables. It is with good machinability and heat resistance, and provides good
penetration and wettability to various substrates, high bond strength and tack.

SUGGESTED USES:
The product is suitable for construction adhesive for nonwoven and leather disposable applications.
OPERATING GUIDES:
The material can be applied by all types of spray and slot applicators. Suggested operation temperature is
135 - 1550C for spray and 125 - 1450C for slot die , depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
OPERATING PRECAUTIONS:
Do not mix with other adhesives to prevent contamination.The material is applied hot. Appropriate personal
protective clothing and eye protection are strongly recommended to prevent burns.
Adequate ventilation is suggested to remove any vapors or fumes generated.Rotate stocks and using the oldest
stock first.
