PA Hot Melt Adhesive Film is a thermoplastic film hot melt adhesive that comes with a release paper. PA Hot Melt Adhesive Film can be heated and plasticized repeatedly to facilitate bonding. This particular type of hot melt adhesive is highly effective for bonding textiles such as cotton, nylon, chemical fiber, and blended fabrics. Moreover, this product is resistant to dry cleaning and can withstand washing at temperatures up to 90℃.

How to use PA Hot Melt Adhesive Film

1.Prepare the materials: Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from any dust, grease, or other contaminants.

2.Cut the adhesive film: Measure and cut the PA hot melt adhesive film according to the desired size and shape for your application. Use scissors or a cutting tool suitable for handling the film.

3.Preheat the bonding surface: If required, preheat the surface to be bonded using a suitable heat source, such as a heat press or iron. Ensure that the temperature is appropriate for the specific PA hot melt adhesive film being used. Refer to the manufacturer's instructions for the recommended temperature range.

4.Position the adhesive film: Place the cut adhesive film onto one of the surfaces to be bonded. Ensure that the adhesive side is facing the substrate.

5.Apply heat and pressure: Use a heat press, iron, or other suitable method to apply heat and pressure to the adhesive film. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the recommended temperature and pressure settings. Apply consistent pressure to ensure proper adhesion.

6.Bond the surfaces: Once the adhesive film has reached the appropriate temperature and pressure, bring the second surface to be bonded into contact with the adhesive. Ensure proper alignment and apply additional pressure if necessary.

7.Cool and cure: After bonding, allow the assembly to cool down and cure. This will ensure that the adhesive film fully solidifies and creates a strong bond. Follow the manufacturer's recommended cooling and curing time.
