1. FFU description
The FFU can be modularly connected and used, making the FFU widely used in clean rooms, dust-free consoles, dust-free production lines, assembled clean rooms, and local 100-class applications. FFU has an early and high-efficiency two-stage filter. The fan draws in air from the top of the FFU and is filtered by a primary and high-efficiency filter. The filtered clean air is delivered at a constant speed of 0.45 M/S±20% across the entire outlet surface. It provides high-quality clean air for clean rooms and micro-environments of different sizes, different cleanliness levels. In the newly-built clean room and clean plant type renovation and refurbishment, the cleanliness level can be improved, noise and vibration can be reduced, and the cost can be greatly reduced.
