High Temperature Resistant Panel Pre-Filter with Aluminum Alloy Frame
Product Overview
The flame and high temperature resistant HEPA filter features a deep pleat design with corrugated structure that maintains precise pleat spacing while maximizing filter media utilization with minimal resistance. The 180-degree pleats on both sides create wedge layers at the separator ends, preventing filter material damage.
Filter Medium & Frame Materials
Filter Medium: H13-H14 glassfiber, U15-U17 American HV glassfiber
Frame Material: Aluminum profile, aluminum plate, galvanized sheet, stainless steel (required above 250°C)
Sealing Strip: PTFE strip (350-400°C)
Custom sizes available according to customer requirements.
