1. BFU/FFU group control system description
FFU group control system-FFU laminar flow hood centralized control system; FFU group control system features: man-machine interface host, using display screen to realize remote monitoring and adjustment of FFU. It can easily realize multiple FFU and zone control. It can realize the start-stop and speed control functions of any number of FFUs. The speed control function can be digitalized, that is, directly input the expected wind speed value (such as: 10%, 20%, etc.) to achieve the purpose of speed control. Able to monitor the current of any one.
When a faulty FFU alarms, the location of the fault can be displayed in real time. The computer monitoring center adopts the on-site interface method and communicates with the monitoring host. When any one or more FFU fails, the on-site interface of the computer monitoring center will give an alarm to quickly determine the location of the fault and ensure that the monitoring personnel handle the fault in time.
2 BFU/FFU group control system advantages
According to the needs of the actual system, each host is divided into six zones for control, and each zone corresponds to a group of FU (the system stipulates that the number of fans in each group is at most 32). The control functions are as follows:
1). Control the start and stop of a certain group of fans in the entire clean room, and set the wind speed of a certain group of fans uniformly.

4). Query the operating status of a fan in the entire clean room, such as the start and stop status of the fan, and the operating wind speed of the fan.
