Product Description:
YANING Air Shower is self-contained chambers installed strategically at entrances to cleanrooms and other controlled environments.They minimize particulate matter entering or exiting the clean space to avoid the risk for cross-contamination.
Personnel and materials entering or exiting the controlled environment are “scrubbed” with HEPA-filtered air by high-velocity air jets running at 20-25 m/s. Contaminated air is then drawn through the base grille within the unit, filtered and recirculated.
Product Features:
1. Electronic interlocking door, automatically blow and shower.
2. Duration for showering can be adjusted from 0 second to 99 seconds with time display and voice prompt.
3. Floor and nozzles are made of good quality stainless steel.
4. Filter efficiency can reach 99.99%@0.3μm with pre filter and HEPA filter.
5. Air velocity up to 25m/s.
