ZHR 2x1.5B Rubber Lined Corrosion Resisting Slurry Pump
Standard heavy-duty slurry pump with rubber-lined wet parts designed for corrosive and abrasive applications. The 2x1.5B model features an open non-clogging impeller and integrated volute liner with throatbush for simplified assembly and maintenance.
Rubber Material Features
The rubber wet parts provide exceptional wear and corrosion resistance, ideal for acidic working conditions in mining, slurry handling with small particles, and applications without rough edges. Complete displacement components include cover plate liner, throat bushing, frame plate liner, and frame plate liner insert.
Rubber Specifications
Manufactured from Natural Rubber (codes ZR26, ZR55, ZR33) ensuring superior performance including wear resistance, chemical resistance, waterproof properties, and operating temperature range from -40°C to 75°C.
