Treatment Process
- Initial Vacuum: Extract air cells (79.8-90 kPa) to reduce resistance for better creosote penetration
- Add Creosote: Introduce creosote oil in vacuum state until reaching liquid level
- Heat Stage: Heat creosote oil to achieve proper dilution
- Increase Pressure: Raise pressure to 1.0-1.4 MPa and maintain
- Discharge Pressure & Creosote: Return creosote to storage tank
- Final Vacuum: Extract remaining creosote oil to minimize dripping
- Remove Wood Poles: Extract treated wood poles from chamber
