Product Overview
This industrial rubber curing autoclave is engineered for vulcanizing rubber products using either direct steam heating or hot dry air heating methods. The system supports multiple heat sources including electric power, steam boilers, or conduction oil furnaces. Features automatic control of temperature, pressure, and time with reliable safety performance and user-friendly operation.
Working Principle
Electric heating tubes are strategically arranged at the bottom of the tank, connected to water channels via heat exchangers. Steam generated by the heating tubes and water rises evenly throughout the chamber, condensing upon contact with tank walls and returning to the heating system. This ensures uniform temperature distribution (±1-2°C) and minimal pressure variation (±0.01MPa), preventing product quality inconsistencies.
