High Configuration Rubber Curing Autoclave with 0.6-3.0 MPa Pressure and 150-220℃ Temperature Range
The rubber curing autoclave is engineered for vulcanizing rubber products using either direct steam heating or hot dry air heating methods. Electric heating tubes are strategically arranged at the tank bottom, connected to water channels via heat exchangers. Steam generated by the heating tubes rises uniformly through the chamber, ensuring consistent temperature distribution (±1-2℃) and pressure accuracy (±0.01MPa). The automated control system manages heating, heat preservation, and vulcanization cycles, with automatic shutdown and alarm upon completion.
Steam enters through diffusion tubes at the tank bottom, featuring precisely arranged 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm diameter holes to ensure uniform steam distribution throughout the chamber, preventing product quality variations.
