Working Principle
Electric heating tubes arranged at the tank bottom generate steam that rises uniformly through 5-15mm water channels. This ensures consistent temperature distribution (±1-2°C) and pressure control (±0.01MPa) throughout the chamber, preventing product quality variations due to uneven conditions.
