Operation Guidelines
- Fill suction pipe, bottom valve and pump body with water before starting
- Reciprocate piston twice before starting; begin with no load
- Test mud sand content frequently (should not exceed 10%)
- For multiple speed pumps, operate each speed separately for ≥30 minutes
- Never change speed during operation - stop pump first
- Stop immediately for any abnormal noise, pressure changes, or temperature rise
- For long-term storage, drain all mud/sand and apply anti-rust measures
