The active drill pipe transmits torque to achieve drilling and is suitable for various core drills. When selecting drill pipes, consider raw materials and processing technology to prevent fracture, water leakage, gluing, deformation, and wear. Our drill pipes utilize Baosteel tube with medium frequency heating, hydraulic upsetting, and heat treatment to eliminate internal stress. Joints are manufactured from 42CrMo material, undergoing quenching, tempering, and nitriding processes for superior wear resistance and easy disassembly.
