Safety & Operational Guidelines
1. Operators must complete technical training and understand equipment structure, working principles, and safety protocols before independent operation.
2. Proper safety gear including work clothes and helmets must be worn at all times during operation.
3. During blasting operations, equipment must be moved to safe distance and properly protected.
4. Operation in severe weather conditions (strong winds above level 6 or freezing temperatures) requires special precautions.
5. For extended shutdowns, remove impactor from hole to prevent blockage from collapsed material.
6. Never supply air to impactor when personnel are working at orifice, and ensure rotary/lifting mechanisms are disabled during bit disassembly.
