of depth may not exceed 110% of that drilled in each hole. The maximum allowable hole diameter is 150 mm.

Common faults and maintenance methods of drilling rig:

Fault 1: The pressure of the hydraulic system of the drilling rig is insufficient. If the pressure regulating valve is tired, adjust the limit nut or replace the spring.
Fault 2: The coupling of the drilling rig is heated and the elastic ring is excessively worn; The reason is that the coaxiality between the power machine and the clutch of the drilling rig is poor, so it is necessary to improve the coaxiality of the assembly;
Fault 3: After the oil pump of the drilling rig is started, the oil is not filled or the oil volume is insufficient. First check the oil volume in the oil tank and add oil to the oil level line. If the fault is still not eliminated, check whether the filter is blocked. In addition, check whether the air vent of the oil tank is blocked or the oil suction pipe connector is loose for air intake;
Fault 4: The locking brake of the drilling rig winch slips, mainly because there is oil stain in the locking brake belt, which needs to be removed; If there is no oil stain, check the clearance between the brake band and the brake wheel. If it is too loose, tighten it properly;
Therefore, the operator is required to clean, maintain and maintain the drill regularly, find the root cause of the problem in time and deal with it, so that the use time of the drill will be longer.
