Construction Features
Door Leaf Structure
55mm thick construction featuring 53mm magnesium oxide fire door core board with 0.8mm galvanized steel face sheets on both sides. Fireproof glue applied between all layers for enhanced protection.
Smoke Protection
Integrated astragal with smoke intumescent strips prevents smoke and flame spread through gaps between door leaf and frame.
Frame Design
Knock-down frame construction with welded lock covers for enhanced aesthetics and structural integrity.
Customization Options
Available in standard colors (white, cream, beige, gray, dark gray, frosted orange) or custom colors as requested. Vision panels with heat insulated fireproof glass available in standard size 203.2 X 608.6 X 32mm.
Hardware & Accessories
Standard quotation includes fireproof locks, hinges, bolts and closers. Additional hardware such as panic bars and door selectors available upon request. All hardware comes with test reports and certificates.
