Raw Material Specifications
Compatible with biomass wastes including sawdust, rice husks, coffee husks, rice straw, and wheat straw.
- Required moisture content: 5%-10%
- Required material size: 3-5mm
- Optional drying equipment available for materials with moisture >10%
- Optional crushing equipment available for materials with size >5mm
Operating Principle
The heating coil preheats the machine, then the screw press applies high temperature and high pressure to compress sawdust into solid rod-shaped briquettes with center holes, all without chemical binders.
