Suitable for processing various biomass wastes including:

Material Requirements: Moisture content 5%-12%, particle size 3-5mm

For materials with moisture exceeding 12%, we offer air flow and drum dryers. For larger particle sizes above 5mm, hammer mills or wood crushers are available.

The machine operates using a heating system that preheats the components. Through high temperature and high pressure, the screw press compacts sawdust without binders, extruding rod-shaped solid briquettes with a center hole.
